Work in an organized manner using own knowledge and expertise, implement best practices to ensure professional business conducts at all levels and build Animaccord’s stature as a reliable business partner and constantly improving company.

• Create digital strategy for the following platforms: Vkontakte (RUS), Odnoklassniki (RUS), Instagram (ENG x 2 (B2B, B2C), Facebook (8 languages), manage its implementation.
• Develop and grow the platforms by arranging and holding marketing/advertising campaigns (Google Ad, Yandex Direct).
• Manage budget; maintain ‘plan/ fact’ analyses, prepare reports.
• Pitch digital advertising agencies for special projects and cross-promotional activities.
• Monetize the above-mentioned platforms via advertisement placement.
• Coordinate with the Content Managers to develop posting calendars on a fortnightly basis (both in English and Russian);
• Initiate joint social media campaigns with the brand partners, monitor analytics, prepare reports.
• Initiate joint Social Media campaigns with the brand partners.
• Work closely with the design team for regular posting of the materials at the brand’s social media platforms.
• Update marketing calendar and prepare monthly report.
• Monitor analytics and prepare reports on joint Social Media campaigns with the brand partners;

• Higher/Undergraduate in Marketing or PR;
• 3+ years of proven experience in Social Media Marketing, online advertising and targeting;
• Advanced English level is a must (communication with international partners, content managers and business correspondence);
• Proficiency in all MS Office programs;
• You are initiative for improvement ideas; proactively contribute to the work of the whole team;
• You are attentive to details.
