When Do We Collect Personal Data & How Do We Use It?
We collect personal information to better understand how our website visitors use our website and to monitor and protect the security of the website and to allocate the inquiry to the relevant person/staff member in attending to.

In addition, as a global company, we may share personal data with Animaccord affiliates and subsidiaries. We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf where (a) this is required for the purpose of providing you with the services requested from us through agents/banks etc. for complying with legal and/or contractual obligations (b) the law requires such disclosure i.e. to regulatory authorities or (c) you provided with authorization.
We may also disclose your personal data where we are required to do so by applicable law, by a governmental body or by a law enforcement agency. We may also disclose personal information to protect the rights, property or safety of us or our users, or others, and in order to enforce or apply our terms and conditions (this includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for the purposes of fraud protection and credit risk reduction) or where we are required to do so by applicable law, by a governmental body or by a law enforcement agency.
All personal data obtained is processed by Animaccord and for the purposes of IT hosting and maintenance this information and data is stored in servers located within the European Union. The third parties do not have any access to your personal data and Animaccord does not share your personal data information with any third parties, unless : (a) this is required for the purposes of compliance with the applicable laws regulations, and/or (b) it is required pursuant to an agreement between you and Animaccord, and/or (c) the local authorities require such disclosure as part of any investigation or pursuant to the applicable laws on Anti-Money laundering and/or (d) you have expressly provided you written consent to disclose such data to a third party.
We do not subject your personal data to any automated decision making.
Data Retention & Security of your Personal Data
We will hold your personal information for the longest of the following periods:
(a) as long as is necessary for the relevant activity or services;
(b) any retention period that is required for the purposes of satisfying any legal, accounting or reporting requirements.
We use administrative, technical, and physical security measures to help protect your personal information. While we have taken reasonable steps to secure the information you provide us, please be aware that despite our efforts, no security measures are perfect or impenetrable, and no method of data transmission can guarantee against any interception or other type of misuse. - to ask us to delete your personal data from our database.

However, withdrawal does not affect the legitimacy and effectiveness of how we process your personal data based on your consent before the withdrawal is made; nor does it affect any data processing based on another justification other than your consent.

Time limit to respond
We will always try to respond to all legitimate requests the soonest practicable. If your request is particularly complex or you have made a number of requests this may take longer. In this case we will notify you and keep you updated.
We can refuse to comply with a data subject access request if it is manifestly unfounded or excessive, taking into account whether the request is repetitive in nature.
